Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups if using.
