  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.

  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
