Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
