Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Mushrooms: Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff the Mushrooms: Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing down gently to pack the filling.
